No catch, seriously. Month-to-month means exactly that. If you need to cancel, just let us know by the 25th of the month and you're done at the end of that billing cycle. We'd rather have happy members who want to be here than trap anyone with contracts. Life happens, we get it.
Nah, everyone starts somewhere and we've got your back. All new members get a complimentary orientation session where we'll show you around, teach you the basics, and make sure you're comfortable with the equipment. Plus, our trainers are always around to answer questions - that's literally what they're here for. The community is super welcoming too.
Warrior gets you 2 sessions per month which is great for checking in on form and adjusting your program. Elite bumps that to 4 sessions plus you get fully customized programming that evolves with you. Elite also includes those bi-weekly nutrition check-ins which honestly make a huge difference if you're serious about transforming. Think of Warrior as guided independence, Elite as having a coach in your corner constantly.
We cap our membership numbers specifically so this doesn't become a problem. Yeah, 5-7pm can get busy like anywhere else, but we've got enough equipment that you're not gonna be standing around. Early mornings and late nights are pretty chill if you prefer having the place to yourself. Weekend afternoons are usually solid too.
We don't do separate hours, but we do have women's-only strength classes twice a week that are super popular. The whole gym is welcoming to everyone though - we're really strict about gym etiquette and creating a respectful environment. Anyone being creepy or making others uncomfortable gets kicked out, no second chances.
Absolutely. Lots of people start with Foundation to test the waters, then upgrade when they realize how much they love it here. You can change tiers anytime - upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades happen at your next billing cycle. Just chat with us at the front desk or shoot us an email.
There's a one-time $49 registration fee that covers your orientation session, member app setup, and body composition baseline assessment. That's it. No annual fees, no "facility maintenance" charges, none of that nonsense. The price you see is what you pay each month, period.
You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year for $15/month. Great for vacations, injuries, or whatever else life throws at you. For injuries specifically, we can work with you on modified training programs - a lot of times there's still stuff you can safely do to maintain progress.
